Grown on the hillside of the Italian region of Avellino, our chestnuts have been grown using methods passed down for generations. The love and care we put into the process is what makes our chestnuts truly special.

  • Step 01

    After the fresh chestnuts naturally fall from the trees, they are gathered by hand by local farmers known as.

  • Step 02

    Afterwards, the nuts are sent to nearby collection and processing centers, where they are sanitized, boiled, peeled and frozen

  • Step 03

    The chestnuts arrive ready for the final step at our family run factory, where we sort and pick the best by hand, and package them in vacuum sealed bags.

  • Step 04

    Finally, they arrive to our shipping center in New York, ready for delivery.
